The first call is 30–45 minutes. I'll ask about your current situation — billing, collections, staffing, what's keeping you up at night. By the end you'll know whether a diagnostic engagement makes sense, and I'll tell you honestly if I don't think I'm the right call.
I don't do discovery calls that are really just pitches. If your situation doesn't fit what I do, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
